What Is Once Fired Brass?

Once fired brass and nickel products are the casings of fired ammunition. Although many of the casings are in-fact truly only fired once, "once fired brass" is more of an industry term for a broader definition of reloadable brass. We do not guarantee that our brass has only been fired once.

What Is Your Typical Order Size?

We generally sell in drum load quantities, but we do sell certain calibers packaged in flat rate boxes. We are able to supply drums that contain multiple segregated calibers. Call for details.

Where Do We Buy Our Brass?

We source our brass from a mostly Indoor and Outdoor ranges across the nation. We also purchase brass from military bases ,police and LEO ranges.

How Do We Sort Our Brass?

The initial rough sorting of brass is done through a series of machines. We then utilize a hand sorting and inspection process to remove damaged cases and to assure that our product is as accurate as possible.

Do We Offer Smaller Amounts?

We offer brass in most calibers (9mm, 40SW, 45ACP, 223/556, 308) by the 500 count bags up to pallets of material to suit any size reloading operation. Hunting calibers and more rare brass is sold from the 25 count bag up to 100 counts.

Is My Credit Card Secure?

Your credit card information is kept very secure on our site, and we do not sell any of our customer database to anyone.

Can I Provide Special Instructions To My Order?

You can provide special instructions with your order of brass ( ie - please include drawing of a monkey in a cowboy hat riding a T. Rex), and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

How Do I Register?

To become a registered user, click on the “My Account” button on the top right of the home page. Next, click the “Continue” button under “New Customers.” Fill in the corresponding fields with your preferred user name and password and click “Continue.” That’s it, you are now ready to start ordering your brass!

Is Everything You Sell Listed On The Site?

We have listed most of our inventory that is in large volume on our site. However, we do have small volumes of unique and rare calibers that are not listed. If you do not find what you want on the website, please call 832.831.2692 for assistance.

Can All Your Casings Be Reloaded?

Yes, we primarily sell cases for the purpose of reloading. Since our cases are hand inspected and sorted, they are suitable for reloading (We recommend that the end user inspect their brass cases prior to reloading). We do, however, sell brass to many customers who use the cases for jewelry and accessories.

Do You Use Steel Cases?

We do not sell any steel cases, as steel is not considered reloadable.

I Am A Beginner Reloader

We would suggest reading material from your bullet manufacturer or powder manufacturer to obtain load data. You can also find this information offered on many forums or blogs. As with most advice from the internet, please be careful where you source your information (especially load data). If you have any specific questions concerning any information you have gathered, contact your bullet or powder manufacturer.

What Condition Is Your Brass?

All brass is sorted and hand inspected. Unless otherwise stated, it is not cleaned or polished.

How Soon Will I Receive My Order?

Orders typically ship via LTL within 48 hours or receipt. Transit times range from 1-7 days depending on your location.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

Only orders placed from Texas will be marked sales tax of 8.25%.

Do you ship internationally?

According to the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), chronic exposure to lead in adults is associated with impaired kidney function, high blood pressure, nervous system and neurobehavioral effects, cognitive dysfunction later in life, and subtle cognitive effects attributed to prenatal exposure. Pregnant women need to be especially concerned with reducing blood lead levels since this can have serious impact on the developing fetus.

Other effects of exposure to lead include adverse effects on cognitive functions, adverse effects on sperm/semen quality and delayed conception, cognitive aging, deficits in visuomotor dexterity, lower reaction times, and attention deficit. At higher blood lead levels, symptoms can include headache, fatigue, sleep disturbance, joint pain, myalgia, anorexia, and constipation, acute effects such as convulsions, coma, and in some cases, death, to more chronic conditions such as anemia, peripheral neuropathy, interstitial kidney fibrosis, and severe abdominal cramping.

Take appropriate precautions to reduce the risk of exposure, including but not limited to the following: Do Not Eat, Drink or Smoke When Handling. Do Not Remove Dust By Blowing or Shaking. Dispose of Lead Contaminated Wash Water in Accordance with Applicable Local, State, or Federal Regulations. Use proper hygiene and take precautions not to transfer lead dust from shell casings via your skin, hair, clothes or shoes to other surfaces or other people.
